Conducted by research firm TNS, measured groups of Hispanic consumers between May and June 2008 and between November and December 2008.

They were presented with questions about brand preference as well as what sports they enjoyed the most and what teams they considered to be their favorites.

Overall, there are few surprises. But when examining the brand preferences of unacculturated Hispanics and comparing them to highly acculturated Latinos, some striking differences can be seen.
